Amol is a certified Learning & Development Professional by ITOL, UK as well as Dale Carnegie in Facilitation Skills and also has been certified in Strengths Finder. He also completed his assessor certification from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is also Harrison Assessments certified. Currently Amol is undergoing his Coaching certification from Neuro Leadership Institute. Before commencing his professional carrer he has completed his Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing and HR from Pune University.

Amol in the last 21 years of experience has been exposed to & facilitated a wide range to learning & development interventions such as Train the Trainer, Consultative Selling, Customer Service, High Impact Presentation Skills, Leadership interventions upto VP level and Outbound Interventions for participants ranging from 50 to 1000. Most of the programs which Amol has delivered are intervetion based which have brought about visible impact either in the behaviour or performance. Amol specializes in customized assessment centre solutions right from diagnostic to designing assessment tools with execution and report writing and has been instrumental in executing 80 plus assessment centers.
