Shraboni Mazumder is a senior consultant in the field of Strategic HR and Organization Development, consulting with many Indian and MNC firms. Shraboni’s work is driven by a passion for people and organization development – areas in which she has been working for over 24 years. An MBA combined with corporate stints in human resources roles early in her career, and an extensive consulting practice, have given Shraboni deep experience of organization behavior and incisive analytical skills. Her consulting work is based on understanding of organizational dynamics and realities, high levels of empathy and a collaborative approach to find the best solution for the client. Shraboni has worked with over 80 clients in diverse industries and is associated with academic institutions as a visiting faculty. She actively contributes to the growth of the OD field in India, by speaking, writing and collaborating with others on creating and sharing best practices.
Qualifications and Certifications
Shraboni has a PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad, and a BSc in Economics (Hons.) from Presidency College, Kolkata. Her other qualifications include a Chairman Level Assessor Level 4 Certification; and Level 1 & 2 Certifications from EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations) since 2005.

She has led multiple Assessment and Development centres and designed learning journeys with a combination of tools.
