The Business Context

  • A large India based MNC conglomerate had a pool of middle managers from which it wanted to identify and develop the high potentials.
  • As part of their larger succession planning exercise, the organization was looking for a behavioural-science based development approach.
  • The objective was to develop in-house leadership capability and deploy the same across multiple projects.
  • The organization wanted to partner with an organization that would do both assessment and the development.

Our Approach

  • GrowthSqapes conducted an in-person Assessment Centre using psychometric and cognitive tools to measure leadership potential in the candidates.
  • The chosen candidates were enrolled in a multi-interface competency development journey of 1 year based on experiential learning.
  • Projects and assignments were allocated at a group level along with an individual coach for each participant throughout the journey.
  • After 1 year a mini-Assessment Centre was conducted to gauge the needle movement and give role recommendations for each participant.
