Meena is an Executive life coach, career mentor and L & D professional. She is an achievement-driven professional with 20 years of industry experience in various roles of sales, training & development, strategic planning and OD initiatives. As a successful sales leader her role was to lead, coach and mentor the employee force to achieve set targets. Her prodigious passion on developing people and having field experience got her in training and development role. She has worked with leading companies in the BFSI Sector and in her tenure has handled all distribution models of the insurance industry namely agency, bancassurance, corporate channel and direct marketing. In her corporate stint, she was also was part of CEO’s Diversity and Inclusion team and was a member of POSH committee proceeding as Presiding Officer.

Meena is Graduate from Madras University and a Certified Coach from the Neuro Leadership Institute, USA Accredited by ICF. She also holds certifications in career mentoring, management development (IIM Lucknow) and Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. She is also a National Assessor Certified Professional.

She is an expert in assessing the learning and development needs of organizations across hierarchy and effectively creating interventions in the area of sales capability development, leadership development and customer experience. As a Certified Assessor she has conducted Assessment Centers for mid and senior level sales management teams. She is also a practicing Executive Life Coach and has coached professionals in NBFC, Banking and Life Insurance.
