She has a proven track record in sales, sales management, team leadership, and learning & development, with expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and coaching. She has worked with organisations like Kotak and Aegon. Her last position as Head Training at Aegon Life India, helped her in further strengthening her business management and leadership skills. She has facilitated sessions to more than 7000 people and coached about 800 leaders.
Qualifications and Certifications
Ruchi holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a PGDBM in Finance. She is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF), USA. Ruchi has also completed her NLP certification under Dr. Richard Bandler. She is also an NLP practitioner. She has also gained a certification in Access Bar; she uses these tools in leadership coaching
