Starting as a Management Trainee in SAIL, Sandip went on to serve as General Manager with some of the biggest names in the industry in durables, accessories, media and education. After two decades of professional experience in operations, sales, customer service, marketing and business development, he decided to focus on professional skill development as a Campus Director for WLC College. Consulting in learning and development was a natural progression. His mission now is to help and inspire organizations and people to realize their full potential and bring positive change through his consulting, training and coaching experience.
Qualifications and Certifications
After completing his schooling from St Xavier’s Collegiate School, Kolkata, Sandip went on to do his B.Tech. in Mechanical engineering from IIT-Kharagpur. Later he completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata.
Areas of Expertise
Besides organization and leadership development, he also has expertise in developing business strategy and process improvement. He has designed and facilitated a wide array of capability development programs in leadership, sales, customer service and personal effectiveness covering more than 50 of the top 500 companies in India and more than 5000 working professionals.
