Sanjay is passionate about working with people and organisations, working as an enabler in bringing change, learning & growth and institution building. Sanjay has over 26 years of experience with exposure to diverse functions, from being a full-time employee to an entrepreneur, working in various business sectors, including consulting, education, social and legal. His multi-disciplinary exposure gives him the benefit of better understanding the workplace dynamics and the interlinkages of business. His last engagement was with K&S Partners, one of India’s leading IP Law Firms, where he worked as the Chief Talent and Culture Officer. Earlier, he co-founded The Aryans School and The Aryans Associate – a training and consulting outfit. Sanjay’s vision is to stand by people and organisations, realise their deeper capabilities, work on their strengths & facilitate the learning and change process.
Qualifications and Certifications
Sanjay is a University topper from the University of Allahabad, graduating in Agriculture. He then went on to complete his full-time MBA. Sanjay has completed his Organisation Development Certification from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences; an OD certification programme from TISS-ODA; is a Basic and Master Practitioner of NLP from NFNLP, USA; is an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF; is a certified NLP and Leadership Coach; is a certified Positive Intelligence Coach from Positive Intelligence, USA; he is also a certified DiSC and Belbin Trainer.

Sanjay leverages insights and concepts from behavioural science to drive systematic organisational change and development, enhancing overall organisational effectiveness. With extensive HR and Talent Management expertise, he advises on strategic HR, organisation design, talent management, and engagement. Additionally, as a leadership and life coach, Sanjay guides individuals through reflective exploration, utilising a blend of ICF coaching, NLP, positive intelligence, and alternate healing modalities to facilitate personal and organisational growth.
