Anu Sukhija is a practicing Leadership Coach and L&D Consultant with over 18 years of experience in OD, Talent Management and Human Resource Management .She executes the design and implementation of in-depth OD initiatives across multiple lines of business, conducts organizational effectiveness and readiness assessments and helps foster greater engagement and ownership of changes by all levels of the organization through her learning interventions. Prior to her stint as an independent L&D Practitioner, Anu has held various positions in industries like Advertising, Insurance, ITES and Recruitment. Her last position as VP, L&D with Techrel Technologies, Pune helped her further strengthen her business management and leadership skills.
Qualifications and Certifications
Anu is a certified Assessor on ACDC approach to Competency Mapping from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is also a Certified Master Facilitator from Dale Carnegie. She holds NLP practitioners license from ANLP and Practitioner’s Certification in ADT (Applied Drama and Theatre) from CCDC. She is also a Certified Coach in Emotional Intelligence- EI-ESAP from EI Learning Systems, USA.
She has done her Master’s in Applied Psychology from Delhi University. In addition, she has a diploma in Advertising and PR from YMCA, Delhi.
