In today’s business environment, senior leaders are required to be transformative in nature. Being “transformative” refers to having the capability to transform. On one side this calls for the requirement of strategic thinking training for them. On another side being transformative also means, to combat, win-over or adapt to the changing business situations to remain profitable.
